Terms of service
Updated 19 October 2026These terms explain the relationship between Bunty and the businesses using its website and store tools.
About Bunty
Bunty provides website, catalogue, order, enquiry and appointment tools for independent businesses. Contact Bunty at connect@bunty.store. These terms apply to Bunty’s platform; each merchant is responsible for the terms that apply to its own customers.
Your account and authority
Provide accurate account and business information, keep your login secure and only create or manage a business you are authorised to represent. You are responsible for the people you allow to access your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your business and customers
You remain responsible for your products, services, prices, taxes, licences, descriptions, fulfilment, refunds and customer support. Your customers buy from or book with your business, not Bunty. Publishing a store does not mean Bunty endorses its products, services or professional advice. Do not upload medical records, identity documents, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information into general forms.
Content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of your content and customer data. You give Bunty permission to host, display and process it as needed to provide and protect the service. Only upload material you have the right and any necessary customer permission to use. Do not use Bunty for unlawful goods or services, fraud, spam, harassment, infringing content, unauthorised access or interference with the platform.
Subscriptions, offers and payments
The price, billing period and any setup or usage charges must be shown or agreed before purchase. Trials and promotional offers apply only on their stated terms. Annual discounts and free periods do not combine unless expressly stated. Payment collection and renewal depend on the payment arrangement agreed with Bunty; publishing a store does not itself authorise a charge. Contact us before renewal if you want to change or cancel your subscription. We will explain any applicable refund terms before accepting payment. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Third-party services and upcoming features
Domains, payment providers, email, WhatsApp and social platforms have their own requirements, charges and availability. Delivery of a notification is not guaranteed. Features marked Coming soon are not currently included as working features and may change before release. Advertising budgets and separately quoted services are additional.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Bunty available but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or a particular business result. Maintenance, provider outages and security measures can affect access. We may change the service and will communicate material changes that affect an existing paid arrangement.
Cancellation, suspension and deletion
You can contact connect@bunty.store about cancellation, export or deletion. Export information you need before requesting deletion. Cancellation of a subscription and deletion of a store are separate actions. We may restrict access where needed to address non-payment, misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Deletion follows the applicable store-deletion process and is not a promise that backups or records required for legal, security or dispute purposes disappear immediately.
Responsibility and disputes
Bunty is responsible for operating its platform; merchants are responsible for their own transactions and customer commitments. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a dispute arises, contact connect@bunty.store so we can first try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply.
Updates and contact
This version is dated 19 October 2026. We may update these terms and will identify the revised date. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through an appropriate account or service notice. Questions: connect@bunty.store.
